the family out and about in the community in your own backyard! Especially designed for Lantau locals, the new Family Adventure
Pass will enable you and your family to make the best of Pui O’s stunning beach and surroundings with professional facilities,
equipment and instructors from Treasure Island. Launching on April 1st, the 3 month pass for a family of 4 is just HK$1500
and includes:

Lessons are available for Adults & Children All participants must sign in 20 minutes prior to lesson. TIG reserves the
right to release places to persons on standby should they not sign in on time.

FURTHER INFO

Technical equipment is provided (helmets, kayaks, ropes etc.). Participants must bring your own snack and water in a daypack
or waterproof drybag for water activities. Participants must wear appropriate outdoor or wet gear. Closed toed shoes
is a must for all water and land activities. We do not allow flip flops, crocs or bare feet for any TIG activities. Pre-bookings
required, 12 participants max per activity, age restrictions may apply. Additional fee of $100pp for Adventure Pass Holders
applies. Payment made on day. Open to non-Adventure Pass holders at a cost of $250pp. Registration of personal information
will be required and signing of a waiver.

AGE RESTRICTIONS & SUPERVISION

Rentals
  • Kayaks / SUPs – supervision required for ages 12 to 16
  • Surf Boards – supervision required for ages 8 to 12
  • Body Boards – supervision required for ages 5 to 12

Supervision to be carried out by a responsible adult over the age of 18. Supervisors will be required to sign a waiver on
behalf of the child renting the equipment. No supervision required for 16 years & older.

Lessons
  • Surfing / Nippers / Campcraft / Orienteering – minimum age 6
  • Stand Up Paddling / Raft Building / Kayaking – minimum age 10

WEATHER CONTINGENCY & CANCELLATIONS

T8, Black Rain Storm All activities that day are cancelled. Free rebooking required.

T3, Red Rain Storm & Lightning Continue as planned and adjust activities as needed for safe running
of activity – times may be adjusted to suit local weather conditions. Free rebooking required, no refund provided for
Adventure Tours. During these weather conditions, Treasure Island will post a notification on our TIG Facebook page on
the morning of the day’s events at 8:00am.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

How the Adventure Pass works: Purchase a 3 month pass which has unlimited use during weekends (Sat /
Sun) Up to two-family members can use the pass per activity The Adventure Pass includes Rentals, Lessons & Adventure
Tours and Mavericks Discounts. Group Lessons are scheduled in the mornings & Rentals in the afternoon Rentals are
limited to two hours per session (subject to availability). Pre-booking is highly recommended to guarantee your spot.
Lessons will be Scheduled on our website and at our Rec desk onsite. If you decide you are not happy with the Adventure
Pass you can opt out after the first month & receive two months’ refund ($1000). Reservations for Lessons are highly
recommended. All lessons are 1 or 2 hours (see below). TIG reserves the right to release places to persons on standby
should they not sign in on time. Participants must sign in 20 minutes prior to lesson. Adventure Tours will last up to
4hrs and cost an additional $100 per person for pass holders, (12 people maximum, per activity, pre-booking essential)
Age restrictions may apply Treasure Island has the right to stop an activity if conditions are not safe to proceed. Waivers
must be signed by a guardian for anyone 18 years or younger, this is a one of waiver for the season. Participants must
bring own snack and water in a daypack or waterproof drybag for water activities. Participants must wear appropriate
outdoor or wet gear. Closed toed shoes is a must for all water and land activities. We do not allow flip flops, crocs
or bare feet for any TIG activities. TIG has the right to refuse a participant if we do not feel they are safe enough
to operate equipment/ do not have correct equipment or behave in an unsafe manor. Participants could be charged a damage
or lost fee for miss conduct of equipment.

Each family member must be registered for the pass – details required include Name / Age / Medical Information / Swimming
ability / photo ID etc. You will then be provided a family pass .
