Spring Adventure Camp (8-15 years old)
Got adventure sports in your veins?
This is a day and overnight camp for campers who want to experience a variety of exciting outdoor pursuits as well as develop outdoor leadership skills such as trip preparation, equipment and material checks and group organisation. Adventure Camp has different activities every day, in various locations on Lantau, with overnight camping at TIG’s private campsite (usually from Thursday to Friday). Lunch and two snacks a day are included. Adventure Campers must be capable and confident swimmers with good overall fitness and stamina.
Monday to Friday

|Day 3||Mountain: Biking, trip & meal planning|
|Day 4||Overnight expedition: Hiking, Leave No Trace, fire-making & cooking, shelter building|
|Day 5||Mixed: Return from expedition and mini-adventure race|

Pick up & Drop Off
Children will be picked up from Central Ferry Pier #6 every morning at 7:45am and dropped off every afternoon at 4:40pm at the same place. All children are required to be signed in and signed out each morning and afternoon. Please make sure you arrive on time.
Safety is our top priority. TIG is proud to have passed a third-party safety audit by ROSA -The Register of Outdoor Safety Auditors. The instructor to surf ratio in the water is 1:8 for Adventure camp; dry land activities are at a 1:15 ratio. Camp has scheduled sunscreen and water breaks. Adventure Camp includes contingency activities for poor weather conditions. Our staff are First Aid certified and trained specifically to work with children in the outdoors on adventure-based learning programmes. Pui O Beach is a gazetted beach with LCSD lifeguards on duty. TIG reserves the right to modify or cancel activities as necessary for the well-being of campers.
All campers must be signed in and out of camp by a parent or guardian.
What to bring to our daily activities
- Sun Hat
- Water Bottle
- Swimsuit/Board Shorts, Rash Guard/Top
- Plastic bag for wet clothes
- Rain jacket
- Closed toe shoes (water shoes), not Crocs
- Octopus card with a minimum of HK$200 or money for the ferry. (Ferry transportation is not included in camp fee)
